Sales Tax
Sales tax is only charged to items shipped to a Massachusetts address.
Damages or defects
It’s important to note that many of our items are hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind pieces, so colors or finishes may vary. If your order is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please notify us within 3 days from the date of receipt. This will ensure complete replacement of the damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items at no additional cost to you, or you may choose to receive a full credit or refund of the total purchase price. All damaged, defective or incorrect items authorized for return must be packaged in their original shipping carton with the enclosed packing slip. A return authorization from us is required. Please see below for details on obtaining this authorization.
Returns
Farmhouse Wares does its best to ensure your products arrive safely and correctly. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly offer you a merchandise refund or exchange. Just send new and unused returns within 30 days after receiving your purchase. Simply call 866-567-7958 or email for your authorization and further instructions. Please note: returns will not be accepted without return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Sale items, special orders, or previously used items are non-refundable.
Gifts
We are happy to include a gift card with your order at no additional charge. Just enter your message during the checkout process after you've entered shipping and billing information. Click here for more information.

The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request and to help us assist in order processing. Shipping
Items generally ship within 24-48 business hours from when your order is received. Orders ship UPS Ground (We regret we cannot ship to PO Boxes or international addresses.) See our shipping page for details on costs and options.(Note: We use eco-friendly biodegradable starch packing peanuts whenever possible.)
Delivery Surcharges
Some larger items may cost more to ship. When this is the case, you will see the surcharge listed by the item price. The surcharge is in addition to the regular delivery charges listed above.
International Shipments
We regret we cannot currently process international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Tracking a Package
Once an order has been shipped, the date of shipment and a UPS tracking number with a link to the UPS website will be emailed and listed in your account information. Click on the tracking number link to view the tracking details for your package.
